ADT was mindful of becoming another behemoth done in by moving too slow. They wanted to completely rethink their digital marketing to attract new customers, as well as service existing customers in a truly customer-centric way. We developed a rigurous build-test-learn strategy that resulted in creating three digital experiments through agile design and development. The resulting live site today was the winning test.
