Designing the A.I. powered Talent Experience of the Future

Intuit conducted an employee survey and the results surprised them: 45% said they are NOT doing the best work of their lives. In the uber-competitive Silicon Valley, this just can't be. So we brought together representatives from all divisions within HR in order to gather insights on what's working and what could be improved. The design-driven workshop yielded the essential story elements and technology considerations that allowed us to spend three weeks to develop a story-based executive presentation and accompanying animated video in order for everyone to have a clear picture of and A.l.-powered "Talent Experience of the Future."
