Year2017-2025

When I joined the design leadership team for Microsoft Azure in 2017, the landscape was uneven: Azure.com was one of the weakest sites in the cloud industry, the portal was complex and disjointed, and the brand lacked cohesion. Over the next eight years, I became the rare constant across all three—portal, website, and brand—helping transform Azure into the industry experience benchmark.

During this time, Azure's portal revenue grew nearly 400% (from $16B to over $80B), while Azure.com scaled 344% (from $428M to $1.9B in directly attributed revenue). At the center of this transformation, I led the core framework team that redefined how developers, IT professionals, and enterprise decision makers navigate, learn about, and trust the cloud.
