Sony had a problem in the Brasilian market: while customers were looking to buy new advanced phones, they didn't have a device from Sony in mind.

We asked how might we use technology to augment the in-store conversation, but without having to actually visit a store. Instead, go online and ask a Sony 'Guru' anything you might want to know about the new Sony Xperia 8 and she will carry out the actions for you in real-time over a live connection. One of the quickest shortcuts from awareness to purchase intent.
