Tasked with redesigning the world's most popular soccer site for the 2014 Brazil World Cup, ESPN turned to us after a year of internal gridlock. My team led the core UX strategy, partnering continuously with ESPN's in-house leadership and engineering groups. This collaborative breakthrough launched a successful ESPNFC.com to inform and entertain global fans; it established the responsive framework for an entire new interaction paradigm that operationalized the massive ESPN.com redesign only a year later.
