Shaping AI Strategy and Product Experience at Scale

During my time at UiPath, I worked as a Principal Design consultant during a period of rapid transformation, helping the company evolve how design, AI, and product strategy come together at scale. Much of this work is still actively unfolding, so I'm intentionally holding back on detailed case studies for now—but the impact and direction are worth noting.

I was one of two designers asked to help shape an early proof-of-concept for UiPath's 'Vertical AI Agents' offering. What began as a small, exploratory effort quickly became a major strategic shift: within three weeks of being revealed at the company's annual customer conference, UiPath moved roughly a third of its 5,000-person organization into a new vertical AI business group that now solely focuses on AI-powered automation solutions for six different vertical industries.

Alongside this, I redesigned core parts of Docs@UiPath - including the homepage, category pages, and article page templates. I also helped standardize a new global header across dozens of products, and led a concepting effort to define the company's first cohesive product-and-brand visual language as part of its broader "Act II" transformation.

I also built multiple in-depth UX prototypes for the Admin side of the UiPath platform that dramatically accelerated collaboration between product managers, designers, and engineers, shrinking iteration cycles from months to weeks. And as importantly, I spent time teaching and mentoring in-house designers to become builders themselves, leveraging their design and research instincts alongside modern AI-assisted workflows.
